Briefly, exiting from the European Union is not honouring a committment and an actual aggression because weaken the common construction.

For similar reasons a bloody civil war burst in USA.

A general vague provision about the event of exit does not mean that this is normal and fair action but only means the will of avoiding war.

EU is much more "expensive" for Italy to be part of than for Germany and Germans... You may have to work until your 68, but it's not really because of the southern countries, it's more because of your government that actually - partly- leads EU and is presented as a model for every other members.

As for Italy being in a disastrous situation, it's not because of Italians spcifically, but because of the EU and euro more specifically. Since euro is way too strong for southern countries, when you import way more than you export for instance, and that it's impossible for any member to modulate the exchange rate, countries like Italy, Greece, but also France (for France, the currency should be 20% lower than €,) have no choice but to compensate by increasing unemployment rate and other crap like this.

Still it's crazy that an Italian come to tell us the propaganda he swallowed for years to tell us how EU is indispensable and mixing it with Europe as if both were the same things... I guess it's a "boomer" moment or something. What a pity though, hopefully people will realize how much of a trickery is this very blurry institution.

You know that you have to get the consent of all the members to change many things, and that the other part are highly in the hands of lobbies, do you? Try getting 27 people with different interests and cultures to see if they will all agree to do x or y move. That sounds simply utopist to believe that you can change the core of the EU in my opinion.

Alternative are worse??? - Perché? Ho avuto un più grande benessere senza „Euro“ e una Signora Von der Leyen…non è stata neanche candidata…l“unione“ fa dividere la gente europea! Ritorniamo alla situazione normale…ogni popolo con il suo stato! Che cosa ho in comune con un qualcuno di Estonia o della Emilia? (Vabbene i piatti della Emilia saranno sicuramente megliori che i cibi estoniani! Evviva lo Zampone 😂! )
